Buddhist Meditation

        Buddhist Meditation is mental training. Sati, or mindfulness is key to meditation.
         There are two main banches in Buddhist meditation: samatha Meditation (calmness, concentration) and vipassana Meditation (insight), which stresses mindfulness.
        This doesn’t mean that the two are entirely separate, since you cannot be mindful unless you have at least some level of concentration
But only the techniques of vipassana Meditation, I want to say…
1. anapanasati, or “mindfulness with breathing.” Followers of this technique may chant “Buddh” as they inhale, and “dho” as they exhale (เราใช้คำบริกรรมว่า พุธ,โท)
2.Satipatthana4. Followers of this technique may chant ” rising,falling” ( เราใช้คำบริกรรมว่า...“พองหนอ,เมื่อหายใจเข้า และ ยุบหนอเมื่อหายใจออก” )


Why?...Why I must to say about vipassana Meditation?

Because vipassana Meditation can cut bad karma and be reborn in hell.

Are you believed in that?
        If you want to know, you must to prove it by yourself. Go to start vipassana Meditation. That's time, you will know your answers by yourself. Only you..can give answer that It’s true or false.Waiting for me next time. I will write about simple technique vipassana Meditation for beginner.
